Our Story
Saed was built from a desire to create something of our own. While private dining has always been at the heart of our business, we knew we wanted to create a line of products people could bring home with them.
We never set out to become a jam company. We simply started making jam, brought it to farmers markets, and watched it take on a life of its own. What began as an extension of Saed quickly became something much bigger. Today, every flavor is crafted by Chef Daniel using seasonal fruit, organic beet sugar, and no added pectin, allowing each fruit to develop its own natural texture and flavor.
Saed Provisions is the first chapter in a growing line of chef-crafted pantry goods. Our Founders Box is always available, alongside limited seasonal box drops that celebrate the best of each harvest.
